Testing laboratory IPC SpecAutomatiki

Since 2016 a Testing laboratory has been functioning, it meets the requirements of GOST ISO/IEC 17025-2009 and ES RD 005-2016 for independence and technical competence.

            Testing laboratory IPCSA is accredited in the system of voluntary certification of electronic equipment of electronic components and materials for military, dual and civil application "Elektrosert". LLC IPC SpecAvtomatiki received a certificate of attestation issued by the Branches of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "46 Central Research Institute" of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

Testing laboratory IPCSA has the right to test the following products:

1. Electric radio products of Russian (ERI OP) and foreign production (ERI IP):

  • Resistors;
  • Capacitors;
  • Fuses, dischargers, absorbers and protective devices;
  • Electrical connectors;
  • Switching products;
  • Transformers, chokes and inductors;
  • Semiconductor device;
  • Cables, cords and wires for communications and radio equipment;
  • Electrical and electronic accessories. Printed circuit boards, connecting wires and their accessories;
  • Integrated circuits;
  • Optoelectronic devices, sign-synthesizing indicators;
  • Secondary power sources.

2. Radio-electronic equipment of Russian production (REA OP):

  • Engine operation monitoring devices;
  • Telegraph and telephone communication equipment;
  • Automated communication systems, communication systems of automation complexes control;
  • Special-purpose data processing systems.


Testing laboratory IPCSA has the following test equipment:

  • Vibration testing system V850-440-L-32K, which allows you to perform the following types of tests:
  • sinusoidal vibration (from 10 to 2000 Hz, vibration acceleration up to 60g);
  • random broadband vibration;
  • repeated mechanical shock;
  • single mechanical shock;
  • resonant frequencies search



 Climate chambers "S-8-8200", allowing to perform the following types of tests:

  • elevated ambient temperature (up to 160 °C);
  • low ambient temperature (up to minus 70 °C);
  • change in the temperature of the medium.



  • Climate chambers heat-cold-moisture KTVH M-70-150-80
  • high humidity (up to 98% humidity, temperature from minus 70 °C to 150 °C).


Certification of test equipment is carried out in accordance with the requirements of GOST RV 0008-002, with the participation of 192 VP of the Ministry of defense of the Russian Federation.


The testing laboratory of IPCSA has the right to conduct the following types of tests, in accordance with its accreditation field:

  • wet heat (static and cyclic)
  • exposure to low temperature, low atmospheric pressure, and high humidity at elevated temperatures
  • Test for the effect of atmospheric condensed precipitation (frost and dew)
  • Test the effect of condensation and internal icing
  • Test for determining critical frequencies
  • Test for checking the absence of critical frequencies in a given range
